Refunds

Light In Dawn accepts returns and refunds within 7 days of receiving your product. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. If the wrong size or item was delivered, or if you are dissatisfied with the product received, please contact us within this 7-day period and we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or an exchange.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Light In Dawn is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, Light In Dawn accepts returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving the product.
